DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable.
A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS. IT GOES TOWARDS THE SERVICE.
Once the deposit is paid, the address will be sent with specific parking instructions via e-mail.
IF YOUR HAIR IS BEING PULLED TOO TIGHT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE INFORM ME WHILE I AM DOING IT OR BEFORE WE PART WAYS.
LATE ARRIVALS
Timeliness is important to my clients and my brand so please be considerate by booking your services accordingly and arriving on time.
There is a 15 minutes grace period
after 20 minutes our appointment will be cancelled
PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP MORE THAN 5 MINUTES EARLY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
PLEASE PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT THE DOOR OF APT 3C. THAT IS TO THE RIGHT OF THE CHRYSLER PACIFICA AND/OR TO THE LEFT OF THE DODGE DURANGO AT ALL TIMES.
NEVER PARK NOT ON THE CURB.
CANCELLATIONS
24 HOURS notice of cancellation is required.
Same-day cancellation fee: (Forfeit 50% Deposit)
You may reschedule via the booking app for up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Your deposit can transfer only once and must be redeemed within 30 days of your original date.
AFTER BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, SWITCHING STYLES 48 HOURS HOURS BEFOR IS NOT ALLOWED UNLESS IT TAKES LESS TIME.

I accept payment in the form of cash, credit/debit card, CashApp, and PayPal
GUESTS
Seating is limited, therefore no additional guest are permitted. If you take an extra person they will not be able to stay. If you leave with them the deposit is still non-refundable.
